Quality control

Evidence before shipment release.

Quality control begins with an approved requirement and continues through material identity, in-process checks, exception handling, final review and packing records.

Decision framework

A checklist is useful only when it points to the ordered product.

Generic quality claims are difficult for overseas buyers to verify. A stronger approach connects the quotation, approved drawing, material schedule, component or unit identity, inspection method and release decision. The record should show what was checked and which requirements remain for destination installation.

HabKube can prepare project-specific factory records within the agreed order scope. We do not present a component report, sample photograph or factory check as universal certification of the completed building or local site work.

Requirement controlCurrent drawings and schedules give the inspection a clear baseline.
Visible hold pointsChecks are planned while important characteristics remain accessible.
Traceable recordsUnit, component and package identity follows the evidence.

01

Confirm the inspection basis before production

The buyer and supplier should agree which drawings, dimensions, finishes, materials, accessories and functions control the order. Important tolerances and visual samples need an acceptance method, not only a description such as “high quality” or “standard finish.”

A controlled drawing register, material schedule and inspection plan reduce the risk that production and the buyer’s inspector work from different revisions.

  • Material and component schedule
  • Inspection points and acceptance method

02

Check incoming and first-off work before repetition

Incoming checks can confirm identity, visible condition and agreed documentation for key materials. A first-off review examines how drawings, materials and workmanship come together in the first representative unit or assembly before the same detail is repeated across a batch.

The depth and sampling frequency should follow project risk, quantity and process stability. One passed sample does not remove the need for continued in-process control.

Record exceptions and verify correction — HabKube project planning reference

03

Record exceptions and verify correction

When a requirement is not met, the record should identify the affected item, observed condition, immediate containment, technical disposition and reinspection. Repairing one visible defect is different from addressing a process cause that could affect other units.

Significant or repeated issues may require a corrective-action review. Closure should rely on new evidence, not simply a changed status in a spreadsheet.

  • Authorized repair or disposition
  • Reinspection and recurrence checks

04

Reconcile product, records and packing before release

Pre-shipment review should compare the finished product, open-item status, loose accessories, labels, spare parts and packing list with the approved order scope. Photographs are most useful when they show context and identity rather than anonymous close-ups.

Factory release is not destination approval. Receiving condition, installation, permanent utilities, local tests and statutory acceptance remain separate project stages.
  • Visual and functional review
  • Accessory and package reconciliation
  • Release record with stated limitations
Use the pre-shipment checklist

Project preparation

A practical inspection request should answer six questions.

Define the characteristic, method, timing, frequency, record and person authorized to accept or escalate the result.

What exact requirement is being checked?
Which unit, component or material lot is covered?
When is the characteristic visible?
What method and acceptance basis apply?
What record will the buyer receive?
What happens when the result does not conform?

Project enquiry

Ask for evidence that matches the exact order.

Send the application, destination, approximate dimensions or quantity, delivery timing and any drawings or standards already available.
